Training remains most vital issue in relation to SFD’s Mission Statement and goals. SFD aims at turning the disabled into the productive work forces. In doing so, SFD provides vocational and general trainings to the disabled. Disabled and marginalized deserving are being imparted this kind of training for being self-reliant. Further, numbers of training programs are awaiting and will be introduced upon availability of funds.
SFD plans to set up small-scale industrial production centre where a good number of disabled as well as deserving poor people will be employed. As the disabled may to some extent not be quite comfortable with some complex operation, a ratio of 10% - 20% disabled and 80% - 90% deserving people are to be in operation process. The ultimate objective of such project is to provide ownership to the concerned people who are the part of the production process. |
